| Helena sat at a small table right outside the Cafe's door, eating a small sandwich as she types up a short letter on a black laptop in front of her. Her dark eyes move from person to person walking down the street as she takes a small bite. Her gaze turns from an old couple, a group of friends, a small family, then to the clear skies above It's a rather calm evening, perfect for a short walk she thinks silently to herself, the corners of her lips suggesting a smile as she continues to type. | |

| As the Dark Elder walked down the block, crowded with citizens of Candice' De. They all looked so tasty. So, appetizing, so to speak. As his casual clothing rocked lightly with the motion of his body as each step took its place. A white t-shirt, black dusted jeans with white shade-offs at the knees. Black gloves with the star of David on the left, the alchemist symbol on the right. Brushing the bright ultraviolet rays off of his shining blonde and black head of hair, a specific woman caught his eyesight as he passed by a cafe window.
Stopping, and walking into the cafe, he ordered a rather large amount of food for such a seemingly small man. Of course, he was not in his Elder release form, so there was nothing typically 'notable' about him. Sitting down at the table behind the girl, he took out his $30,000 Lyn laptop and began working on things. The screen projected a hologram-like image, and it was even touchable, seeing as how he was clearly manually working the configurations.
Using a small portion of his powers, he lifted a sandwich up with telepathic power, and took a bite, setting it down.

| Helena watched as the man picked up the sandwich through the corner of her eye. That's rather... awkward. I wish I could do that! she thought to herself with a wide smile on her face, taking another bite of her sandwich. She looked over her shoulder, trying to catch a glimpse at what he was working on, noticing the expensive laptop on the table. "Your laptop is a beauty! I want one just like it." she said in a friendly tone. | |

| As Katalyst listened in to the girls thoughts, he smiled. Taking another bite, chewing slowly, and swallowing the punctured foods, he looked back after she complimented his laptop. "Why thank you." Still, his large fangs symbolizing his "Elder"-ness stuck out as he spoke to her. "Well.. Here. I have a whole inventory of them." With that, he handed her a $50,000 Lyn laptop instead, with glowing and extensive designs all over the top, the inside, fabricated with material that is no longer even found on the planet. "Enjoy. Its beyond top of the line." | |

| Helena's eyes widened as she held the laptop in her hands "You'r joking, right!?" she exclaimed in disbelieve, at the same time, amazement. "This laptop is just... unreal! You would actually give it to a stranger, just like that?" she asked, with a grin on her face. "Might I ask your name?" she asked, staring carefuly at his fangs with curiosity. Who is this guy??? she thought to herself, rubbing her chin in thought. | |

| As he smiled, his perfect teeth gleamed in the light - Although his fangs gave off a similar shine as well. As he nodded towards her exciting questions, he spoke as well. "Yes. I would. I do not mind." Regardless, it wouldn't matter if he had even gave it to another person he knew that was closer.
He smiled and ignored the fact that his name was feared throughout the entire world. "Katalyst, the Destructor.. Katalyst the Dark Elder.." Either, or. He continued on, simply saying.. "Kat."

| "Oh, well, I'm Helena." she offered her hand for a hand shake. "I've never seen you here before, Kat. Is this your first time comming to this cafe?" she asked curiously, looking down at all the food he had ordered. Maybe he likes viarety. she thought to herself with a shrug, then taking a small bite of her own sandwich and typing to finish off the letter. | |

| As Katalyst quickly scarfed the food down in small effort, he shook her hand, his half-inch off finger nails exposing themselves. "Yes. It is.. I was basically looking for a daily meal." He wiped his mouth with a black, velvet and shiny napkin that he took from his pocket, and placed it on the bones of a finished off turkey. With that, he conjured a bag of nearly 1,000 Lyn. Sitting back, he turned once more, looking at Helena, and then teleported next to the girl, his elbow on the table, leaning, holding his head up.
"So.. How old are you, Helena.. ?" As he said her name, he made a romantic gesture which would've sent spiked chills up her spine due to his psychokinetic abilities, changing emotions and feelings by simply allowing those he targeted to hear his voice.

| Helena paused her typing. A slight smirk came upon her lips "I'll tell you how old I am, only if you tell me your age first." she said, resting her hands on her lap. She took a sip of soda and set it back on the table. | |

| Helena laughed softly in disbelive "No really, what's your age?" she asked once again. She reclined back on the chair she was sitting on and crossed her arms. "I'm barely nineteen by the way. That isn't old at all." she added with a smile. | |

| Katalyst laughed and looked deep into her eyes, sending images of the Earth's creation and the moon, the galaxy, the people and lives that Katalyst created and destroyed. Those he murdered over the billions of years, things hes seen. His true form, his weapons, his army and even the very front of The Castle Glacier, where the war on genocide was currently taking place. This as all from his point of view, too. Which would have made Helena believe SHE was actually there, when it was simply a bit of an illusion, yet all of the evidence was true.
".. Really. I am that old."

| Helena looked into his wise eyes, bewildered as she saw Kat's life flash before her eyes. It all seemed so... amazing. At that moment, she felt as if she knew so little of the world. "I wonder what people would give to live a life like your's." she said, amazed at everything this man had gone through. "My life is so plain and simple. Sometimes I wish something interesting would happen in it." | |

| He sighed, and looked into her eyes once again. As he spoke, his voice could only be heard by Helena alone. "You see.. You humans are basically here because of me. I am not the devil, nor a God. Then again.. Look at how the world is put into play. Life brings happiness. Chaos and trouble destroys happiness. The body cannot continue without atleast some small amount of rejoice inside of its body, because the brain wouldn't allow that type of torture. Destroyed happiness, brings pain. Pain brings destruction. The relinquishment of life upon this Earth has been far too prolonged, and after this war a new age will begin. After all, wouldn't even you, humans, agree that destruction would further provoke the development of new life? New life forms? Life.. Anew?" He sighed, and began to breathe slower, and slower. "Why is it you think forests bloom from wildfires, and even though men and women die everyday, twice as many are born."
Looking deeper into her eyes, he sent an image of his beautiful and elegant wife, and his children in the past long ago. As the time sped up, it showed pictures of his eternal youth, amongst his wife's continuous aging, as well as his children's. Many years of sorrow and pain began to play, endless years of his weeping and depression. As he spoke, tear drops fell from his eyes.
"Be grateful you can die, unlike me. A life lived without death is more torture than anyone would be able to handle. Imagine your wives and children growing old and dying away.. Falling deep into eternity while you can do nothing but watch those you care about most fade away from you.. And even though you have all the power in the world to bring life back, you cannot restore it."

| Helena let out a soft sigh "I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to bring back bad memories. I truly am grateful I can one day rest. I'm sure those for wich you cared for would of never wished for you to suffer in such a way. It might be difficult, but instead of thinking of things that are so painful, be happy. Be joyful, because I'm sure if your wife and children loved you as much as I think they did, they would of wanted nothing less than that for you." she replied in a gentil tone. Helena thought of how lame her life was. Her every day routine was getting boring. Sure, she was thankful for being alive, but she wanted an interesting change in her life. However, she understood that if she lived too fast, she would die young. | |

| As Katalyst listened intently to the girls advice on leaving things in the past, he sighed with disbelief. Still, maintaining his humanoid instincts, he replied with a most indefinite answer. "I'll let you in on a little secret, Helena.. " With that, he yet again silenced his voice to everyone around him in the cafe. Continuing on, he began speaking. "I am very powerful. Very old. My name, truly, is probably that of one you've heard in your bedtime stories, or in folk legend of sorts. My name.. Is Katalyst the Destructor. More commonly known as.. The Dark Elder."
He looked into her eyes, making her body potentially freeze from a point of view, rendering her nerve system shattered. "Do not fear me.. They say I am evil for the sins I have committed, but they do not realize the benefit of the sins that I have used as a lawful statute.. I am merely allowing this world to appreciate life." He began to breathe slower, and moved his head closer to Helena's, so that his lip moisture was literally on the bearing edge of touching her own. "I can read your mind.. I know you yearn to have a more.. Interesting life.. I can grant you that power. All it requires is a mere sacrifice."

| Helena pushed Katalyst away, crossing her arms. She rose an eyebrow "That change I want, I am capable of doing it myself slowly but surely. I assure you, don't need your help on this." she stated. That's pretty unbelievable. The Dark Elder, Katalyst, right before me in a cafe just like an average every day person... she thought to herself, resting her cheek on her palm as she leaned her elbow on the table. "How do I know your saying the truth?" she whispered softly to his ear in a curious tone. | |
